The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to 5th avenue and near to everything. Guests can easily access multiple grocery stores and good restaurants. the common area on the main level is a nice feature, with a pool and free water. the self check-in process is also convenient.
Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and stained bed sheets and towels.

I had a fantastic one-week stay at this hotel. The self check-in process was convenient and the apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the private terrace and the great location, which was near to everything but not too close to noisy streets. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop terrace and the pool, were an added bonus. The staff, especially Antonio, was very nice and helpful. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near everything, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.
